We were busy, busy, busy at The Camera’s Eye this past weekend shooting TWO major events – A Knight for a Princess (2015 and 2014, previously) and the Sayre High School prom!

As with any prom shoot, I LOVE seeing what everyone is wearing! Take a look yourself…oh, and there might be a few photos of me in there as well 🙂

I am BEYOND excited to show you these images from a recent newborn session at The Camera’s Eye. Not only is little Brooklyn just adorable (what a head of hair!) but her mom Johcelyn handmade all of the props 🙂

It’s easy to see why Brooklyn’s two older brothers are already in love!

We didn’t do a whole lot of planning – we just went for the Easter theme and incorporated these gorgeous props!

Johcelyn started off crocheting pieces like these just as a hobby, but it turned into a business once she shared her work on Facebook 🙂

We do SO much at The Camera’s Eye – from capturing meaningful events to getting memorable family photos – that it’s easy to forget we can help out with things like professional headshots as well!

Jennifer recently started up a website for her business, but felt that the existing photos were a little lacking. So she turned to The Camera’s Eye to see if we could help her out!

Jennifer is not a huge fan of having her photo taken, so I made sure to make her as comfortable as possible during the shoot. We chatted away and before she knew it, we were done!

She chose the dress she wore because she loves the pattern. It’s eye-catching and classy, without taking away from her natural beauty. Just the right thing to break out for a headshot session!

Working with kids at The Camera’s Eye always brings the unexpected, but I love to improv! I recently did a cake smash session for little Clara’s first birthday.

She was not too impressed with the icing on the cake…

So her older sister Layla decided to take advantage of it and stick her fingers in the frosting…so at least someone got to enjoy it!

Layla was celebrating her big fourth birthday a few weeks later with a “Frozen” theme, so I picked up this adorable tiara for her 🙂
